Refund policy

At Bhoomico 🌾 (powered by FutureFarming Tech Pvt. Ltd.), we strive to deliver farm-fresh, naturally grown produce straight from ethical farms to your table. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once an order is confirmed. However, in exceptional cases, we will work closely with you to ensure a fair resolution.


1. Damaged Products

Report Within 2 Days of Delivery

  • Email support@bhoomico.com with:

    • Order number & invoice image.

    • 1 outer box image + 2 clear images of the damaged product.

    • Unboxing video showing the damage (mandatory).

  • Resolution:

    • We will replace the damaged item(s) promptly.

    • Refunds are not applicable for perishables.


2. Missing Products

Report Within 2 Days of Delivery

  • Email support@bhoomico.com with:

    • Order number & invoice image.

    • 1 outer box image + 2 clear images of the opened package.

    • Unboxing video showing all received items.

  • Resolution:

    • Missing items will be re-shipped at no extra cost.

    • Refunds are not applicable.


3. Spoiled/Defective Products

Report Within 2 Days of Delivery

  • Email support@bhoomico.com with:

    • Order number, packaging/manufacturing date.

    • 2 clear images/video of the spoiled product.

  • Note:

    • Natural variations in taste, color, or texture due to handmade, chemical-free processes do not qualify for returns.

  • Resolution:

    • After investigation, we will replace the product or offer store credit.


4. General Terms

  • No Returns for:

    • Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, grains).

    • Disliked flavors/textures (products are naturally variable).

  • Evidence Required: Unboxing videos/images are mandatory for claims.

  • Response Time: 24–48 hours for email acknowledgment; resolution within 7 days.

  • Replacements Only: Refunds are not offered for perishables.
